Hand wash your shapewear in cold water with mild detergent and lay flat to dry. Avoid using bleach or ironing to maintain its elasticity.

STEP 1: Remember to turn the item inside out and do not mix colours to wash.

STEP 2: Hand wash with tap water and use mild detergent (dilute with tap water first before adding on to material)

STEP 3: Then rinse and squeeze the excess water out but do not twist the fabric.

STEP 4: Kindly lay flat on to poles to drip dry the shapewears and dry it under the sun.

TIP – Use nail filers to lightly file the corners where the hooks are, if the corners are new & raw. We also do recommend owning a few Wink garments so you can rotate and wash as needed.

Absolutely, our shapewear offers gentle support to aid postpartum recovery, helping to reduce swelling and provide abdominal support.

Light control shapewear offers a subtle smoothing effect, while firm control provides more compression for a sculpted silhouette.

As soon as you don’t feel any pain on your wound area, you should be able to wear the garment. For most people, that will take about 7-10 days.

Yes, our garments are highly suitable to workout and sleep in. The support from the garments prevents the stomach from being “jiggly” when working out.

We recommend wearing the garment as often as you could to enjoy the full benefits of the support and compression.

The garment may be too small for you, that is why it is causing you discomfort and is rolling down. Please contact us in selecting the right size.

ENVY HER currently does not have a Return policy.

All item(s) purchased can be returned for an exchange within 7 calendar days for Singapore orders from the day you receive your order. Items must be in original condition with the packaging and size tags.

In the case if items for exchange are no longer available, a store credit will be stored into your store account for future purchases. All store credits should be utilised within a 6 months’ time period from the day the items are received by ENVY HER.

In the case if you require an extension of time for returns/exchanges, kindly email or WhatsApp us. Alternatively, you can visit us at our showroom 69 Oxley BizHub Lobby 3, Ubi Road 1 #08-22/23 Singapore 408731 for a 1-1 exchange. 

An acknowledgement from ENVY HER needs to be present before proceeding with the exchange. Products received must be returned in its original condition – unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with its tag intact.

If the item shows signs of wear, your exchange/refund request will be considered void. Kindly be also advised there is no exchange policy for SALE/PROMOTIONAL/ASIS items.

Normal priced items can only be exchanged once and will not be entertained for further exchanges. Should there be further exchanges, there will be a restocking & santisation fee of $20 and all postage will be borne by buyer.
